Yes, Clearly Tahoe is now open and operating on a small scale in-line with government regulations and CDC recommendations.

Absolutely. The activity of kayaking in it self is a natural social distancing activity however, we do ask our guests to maintain a social distance during check-in and safety lectures.

Clearly Tahoe normally maintains small groups of no more than five (5) boats per tour guide.

Unfortunately due to CDC recommendations, Clearly Tahoe will not be permitting groups of more than 10 to launch at the same time. We will still honor group discounts however, will have to split up your group accordingly for your clear kayak experience.

Absolutely. Clearly Tahoe offers a guaranteed private tour option. Private tours may result in a 25% up-charge.
Private shuttles may be available upon request at no additional fee. Advance request required. Pick-up and drop-off times may vary.

We do require guests to wear masks in any indoor or enclosed environment. Clearly Tahoe does provide complementary reusable masks if needed.
We do not enforce masks while outdoors.

Our employees are required to wear masks while in enclosed environments or while working in close proximity to others.
Example: Operating the shuttle or handing out life preservers.

We require our employees to check their temperature prior to clock-in. Our staff is advised to stay home if they are feeling un well or exhibit any symptoms of COVID-19.

Yes. All of our operating locations have access to a restroom on-site. We also provide access to hand sanitizer with over 70% alcohol content for the use of our guests during the activity.

We sanitize all of our equipment between each and every use with hospital grade sanitizers and disinfectants.

Due to COVID-19, we will be waiving all reservation change fees for the 2020 season as well as offering full-credit refunds in the form of a gift card that can be applied to any future trip at any Clearly location. 48 hour notice required.
NOTE: If we are unable to offer your scheduled activity due to wind, weather or uncontrollable factors including but not limited to COVID-19 operating restrictions, we do offer full refunds to the initial method of payment on file.
