Experience the Tahoe Sunset
Experience depths of up to 45 feet during this two-hour evening kayak tour. Our Edgewood Sunset Tour begins in the afternoon, and you get to enjoy the sunset over the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountain range. Tour times may vary and are wind and weather permitting.
Inclusions and Amenities
This tour includes equipment delivery, set-up, life jackets, paddles, and basic on-beach instruction prior to the start of the tour. We provide small coolers with complimentary waters and granola bars as well as dry bags for the items you want to keep dry. Equipment includes:
- Clear kayak and paddle
- USCG approved life preserver

Company age and weight restrictions apply. No children under 5 years of age are permitted on this tour. Total combined weight for each boat must not exceed 375 pounds.

What to Wear
We recommend wearing light layers as well as shoes that can be removed easily. Hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen are highly recommended. Swimsuits are optional but not required. Please note: Footwear is prohibited in the clear kayaks with the exception of rubber and neoprene water shoes.What to Bring

Please note: While our guests do tend to stay fairly dry during this experience, all participants and belongings are subject to getting wet. Clearly Tahoe is not responsible for any lost or damaged items. Electronics and valuables should be left in a safe place.

The Edgewood Tahoe Lodge Beach
The Edgewood Sunset Tour is scheduled to launch from the Edgewood Tahoe Lodge beach area. Meet your guide near the Edgewood Pier located between the Lodge and the Club House. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your activity for check-in. Tour location may be changed in the event of wind, severe weather, or other seasonal factors. Any changes are communicated via email with a possible phone confirmation within 24 hours of scheduled tour.
