Each guest must complete their own waiver (adults for children).

*ALL WAIVERS MUST BE COMPLETED THE DAY OF SCHEDULED ACTIVITY*

Guests must review, agree to, and complete their own liability waiver prior to participation in any Clearly Tahoe activity. Parent or legal court appointed guardian must complete waiver on behalf of guests under the age of 18.

Waivers are categorized by scheduled launch site below. Please make sure to select the appropriate waiver. Please refer to your confirmation email for exact tour name and time or contact our reservation office for assistance at (530)554-4664

DUE TO THE IMPACT OF COVID-19 AND COMPLIANCE OPERATIONS, ALL SCHEDULED TOURS ARE SUBJECT TO A 30 MINUTE DELAY FOR SAFETY AND SANITATION. WE ASK THAT ALL OF OUR GUESTS ARRIVE ON-SIME AS SCHEDULED AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING DURING THIS TIME.

Instructions:
Guests should arrive to our Clearly Tahoe kiosk in Zephyr Cove, NV 15 min prior to shuttle departure for on-site check in. (45 minutes prior to the Start of your tour).

What to Wear;
Guests should wear light layers as well as shoes that could be removed easily. Hats, sunglasses and sunscreen are highly recommended. Swimsuits are optional but not required. Please note: Footwear is prohibited in the Clear Kayaks with the exception of rubber and neoprene water shoes.

What to Bring;
– Hat, Sunscreen and Sunglasses
– Towel (optional)
– Reusable Water Bottles are encouraged!
– Light Jacket for 8am start times.
– Camera!

Please note: While our guests do tend to stay fairly dry during this experience, all participants and belongings are subject to getting wet. Clearly Tahoe is not responsible for any lost or damaged items. Electronics and valuables should be left in a safe place.

Guests should arrive to the kiosk prior to their scheduled tour to check in. Private transportation may be available upon request. Contact our reservation office at (530)554-4664 to schedule a private shuttle.

The Scenic Shoreline Tour is scheduled to launch from Cave Rock Park in Glenbrook, NV. While on site, guests will have access to parking, a sandy beach for swimming, picnic area and restroom facilities. Guests can also take advantage of a short scenic hike nearby.

Please note: No parking will be available at the Cave Rock State Park and Boat Launch. Guests who attempt to drive to the Cave Rock State Park may miss their shuttle and be subject to same-day cancellation without refund.

Instructions:
Guests should arrive to our Clearly Tahoe kiosk in South Lake Tahoe, CA 15 min prior to their schedule tour for on-site check in.

What to Wear;
Guests should wear light layers and bring additional layers that can be added as the temperature drops in the evening. Hats, sunglasses and sunscreen are highly recommended. Bug spray may be necessary for eco-experiences. Swimsuits are optional but not required.

What to Bring;
– Hat, Sunscreen and Sunglasses
– Bug Spray
– Towel (optional)
– Reusable Water Bottles are encouraged!
– Light Jacket for evening activities.
– Your favorite playlist for LED tours.
– Camera!
