Cave Rock State Park
The Cave Rock Nevada State Park offers is one of our most preferred locations for clear kayaking as is offers the most diverse experience. Guests at this location will have the opportunity to paddle along impressive cliffs, the iconic rocky shoreline and explore beautiful coves that shimmer with pyrite (fools gold). This locations is easily accessible by both north as well as South Lake Tahoe visitors and offers not 1 but 4 clear kayaks tours designed for various ages and skill levels. The Cave Rock State Park offers a small picnic area with grill pits, a hidden beach area perfect for swimming and restroom facilities on site.
*Please note: There is no concession on site at the Cave Rock State Park and Boat Launch. There are no beach rentals, stores or restaurants on site. It is recommended that guest bring anything that they will need for a beach day/picnic. Guests can visit the Safeway plaza in Zephyr Cove, NV to obtain supplies on their way to Cave Rock State Park. Please remember to pack out what you pack in, respect our parks and help keep Tahoe beautiful!

Tahoe Keys Marina
The Tahoe Keys Marina is one of our newest and favorite launch sites for our clear kayak LED tours. Not only is this location blocked by the common afternoon winds on Lake Tahoe, it offers unique tour content that can only be experienced from this location. Clearly Tahoe offers a variety of Eco Tours as well as LED Tours and primarily operates in the evening. Guests visiting this tour site can enjoy exploring the South Lake Tahoe basin, wildlife and picturesque landscape. Common wildlife sightings include birds, fish, beavers and even bears! Guests of all ages and skill levels (5+) can enjoy one of our unique experiences from this location.
*Please note: The water is not clear within the Tahoe Keys Marina nor the Upper Truckee River. While guests are very VERY likely to experience various types of wildlife at this location, they are “wild” animals and we can not guarantee any sightings during your experience.
