  • Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations made more than (1) week prior to scheduled tour may be eligible for a full refund less a $20.00 cancellation fee per boat. Cancellations made within (1) week of scheduled activity will not be applicable for cash refund and may be non-refundable. NOTE: Cancellations made within defined booking error window, private and group experiences do not apply and may be subject to different terms as defined in our Company Policy.
  • Reservation Changes

    Reservation changes may be possible but are not guaranteed. Reservation changes must be requested by completing our online Reservation Change/Cancellation Form no less than 72 hours prior to the check-in time for that activity. There is no reservation change fee for approved reservation changes made more than 72 hours prior to scheduled check-in. Upon approval, any additional fees resulting from price alterations shall be automatically charged to the primary card on file unless otherwise noted. Any amount due will be refunded onto initial method of payment or gift as per our Cash Refund Policy.
  • Booking Errors

    Reservations made more than (48) hours prior to scheduled activity have a twenty-four-hour booking error window from the time of initial reservation. Cancellations due to reservation error are subject to a full refund to the initial method of payment on file. Cancellations must be made by completing our online Reservation Change/Cancellation form within defined booking error window. Cancellations may take up to 48 hours for processing. Reservations made within 48 hours but more than 1-day before scheduled activity shall have a 1-hour booking error window. Same-day reservations are excluded from booking error policies and shall have no booking error window.
  • Private and Group Bookings

    Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made within 14 days of scheduled group activity to obtain a cash refund less non-refundable deposit and applicable cancellation fees. No Show: Late arrivals, no show guests and cancellations made less than 14 days prior to scheduled activity will be non-refundable. Reservation Changes can be requested but are not guaranteed and subject to availability. Approved changes will be billed and due at the time of approval.
  • I understand and have reviewed the Clearly Tahoe Policies and Clearly Tahoe Cancellation Policies. I hereby authorize any changes to be made to my reservation. I understand that once this request has been submitted it can not be undone.
