Cancellations must be made by phone no less than 2 weeks prior to the day of scheduled activity to receive a refund. Cancellations made more than two (2) weeks before the day of scheduled activity may be eligible for a full refund less a $20.00 Cancellation Fee. Cancellations made less than two (2) weeks prior to the start of scheduled activity will be non-refundable.
Reservation changes may be possible but not guaranteed. No refunds, credits or re-scheduling will be permitted less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to scheduled activity. Changes to an already existing reservation may be made more than than forty-eight (48) hours before scheduled tour. Schedule changes must be made no less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to scheduled tour. Schedule changes may be subject to a $20.00 Reservation Change Fee per change. Reservation change requests can be made online by visiting us at www.clearlytahoe.com/reservationchangeform or emailed to

Errors in scheduling or cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of booking may be eligible for a full purchase refund. Cancellation or issue resolution request must be made by email to reservations at
