Company policies, deadlines and a $20 reservation change fee may apply. *UPDATE: Due to the recent impact of COVID-19 all reservation change fees will be waived for the 2020 season. 48 hours notice required.*

  • Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations must be made by phone no less than 2 weeks prior to the day of scheduled activity to receive a refund. Cancellations made more than two (2) weeks before the day of scheduled activity may be eligible for a full refund less a $20.00 Cancellation Fee. Cancellations made less than two (2) weeks prior to the start of scheduled activity will be non-refundable.
  • Reservation Changes

    Reservation changes may be possible but not guaranteed. No refunds, credits or re-scheduling will be permitted less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to scheduled activity. Changes to an already existing reservation may be made more than than forty-eight (48) hours before scheduled tour. Schedule changes must be made no less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to scheduled tour. Schedule changes may be subject to a $20.00 Reservation Change Fee per change. Reservation change requests can be made online by visiting us at or emailed to [email protected] but are not a guaranteed.
  • Booking Errors

    Errors in scheduling or cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of booking may be eligible for a full purchase refund. Cancellation or issue resolution request must be made by email to reservations at [email protected] within twenty-four (24) hours original booking was made but no less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to scheduled tour date. Last minute bookings or bookings made within fourty-eight (48) hours of scheduled activity will have a 1 hour reservation error window.
  • I understand and have reviewed the Clearly Tahoe Policies and Clearly Tahoe Cancellation Policies. I hereby authorize any changes to be made to my reservation. I understand that once this request has been submitted it can not be undone.
