Errors in scheduling or cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of booking may be eligible for a full purchase refund. Cancellation or issue resolution request must be made by email to reservations at
[email protected] within twenty-four (24) hours original booking was made but no less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to scheduled tour date. Last minute bookings or bookings made within fourty-eight (48) hours of scheduled activity will have a 1 hour reservation error window.
