Clearly Tahoe offers on-site rentals from the Sand Harbor Nevada state Park 7-days per week between 8:00am and 6:00pm wind and weather permitting.

Clearly Tahoe rentals are located within the Sand Harbor Nevada State Park at the south end of the main beach.
NOTE: Paddlesports rentals are no longer located near the boat launch but can be found on the opposite end of the park.

We are not currently accepting reservations for on-site rentals from the Sand Harbor Nevada State Park. All rentals are currently on a first come, first served basis with plenty of availability available to guests of the park.

We will occasionally go on a short wait for select vessels. We encourage guests to arrive early to ensure availability of specific styles of kayaks or paddleboards.

It is strongly advised to arrive to the Sand Harbor Nevada State Park early to guarantee parking and park entry.

Yes, the primary renter should have a valid ID and credit card ready at the time of check-in.

Yes, we do require the “primary renter” to be an adult over the age of 18. Children under the age of 18, must be accompanied by an adult 18+ and must have a parent or legal guardian present to complete liability waiver.

All participants must be over the age of 5 to participate in rental activity. Youth ages 12+ can paddle on their own while under adult supervision.

Rental boundaries may be set to specific paddle areas and are determined by the wind and weather conditions.

There is a 1-hour minimum for all rentals. Rental time will automatically roll into the next hour and be subject to those rental rates.
Select vessels, reservations and days may have limited paddle duration. Time exceeding this duration will be subject to a $50.00 late fee.

All guests should be capable of participating in described activity without assistance. It is highly recommended that guests are able to swim a shore distance if necessary and should be prepared to get wet.
