Complete Your Liability Waivers

Please reference link below to complete liability waiver for your upcoming trip. Waivers can be easily completed on most cell phones prior to arrival. All guests 18+ will be required to complete their own liability waivers before participation in any Clearly Tahoe activity. Parent or legal guardian must be present at the time of check-in to complete waivers on behalf of Child or Youth guests (under the age of 18). NOTE: Waivers must be completed they day of scheduled activity. Guest who complete their waivers too early may be required to re-submit them at check-in.

Check-In Location

ARRIVAL: All rentals from the Sand Harbor Nevada State Park are on a first come, first served basis. We strongly recommend arriving early for the best selection and calmest conditions for paddling.

PARKING: 
Parking and park entry are limited. We strongly advise arriving early to obtain entry to the park. Alternative forms of transportation include but are not limited to the East Shore Transit shuttle or walking in from the popular East Shore Trail. 

What to Wear/Bring

WHAT TO WEAR:
Guests should wear light layers as well as shoes that can be removed easily. We highly recommend hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen, swimsuits are optional but not required.

WHAT TO BRING:
– Hats
– Gloves (for winter activities)
– Sunscreen
– Sunglasses
– Towel (optional)
– Camera!!
– Cash to tip if desired.

INCLUSIONS: 
Clearly Tahoe provides everything our guests should need during their time on the water. All of our experiences include US Coast Guard approved type III PFDs and paddle per seat as well as one dry bag per boat. 

NOTE: We highly recommend only bringing necessary items with you on the kayaks. No alcohol, glass, drones or pets will not be permitted on experiences from this location. All participants and belongings are subject to getting wet. Clearly Tahoe is not responsible for any lost or damaged items. Electronics and valuables should be left in a safe place.
