End of Season Form

Below is information on the seasonal operating scheduled for each location as well as out current ETA on re-opening dates for next season.

LED Night Tours will be available on weekends through the end of October (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). This experience will run through October 31st, wind and weather permitting and will re-open on May 1st for weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), wind and weather permitting. LED Night Tours will operate June - September 7-days per week.

We will be operating the Clearly Explorer only 3-days per week in October. Thursday - Saturday through October 31st. Explorer operations will resume for weekends in May and will resume 7-day per week operations by June 15th.

We will continue to offer Scenic Shoreline Tours from our Zephyr Cove location through the end of October daily (wind, weather and staffing permitting). Cave Rock operations are forcasted to close on October 31st and will resume in April of next year.

Guided bike tours and rentals will continue to be available 7-days per week (wind and weather permitting) through the end of November. Operations will resume in March of next year or whenever the snow melts and weather becomes appropriate. All bike activities will be available by advance reservation. Walk-up rentals may be possible in season but will not be guaranteed moving forward.

Guided Clear Kayak Tours from the Sand Harbor Nevada State Park will remain open 7-days per week through November 30th. On December 1st, we will transition to our Polar Paddle winter kayak experience. Our Bonsai Rock clear kayak tours will resume on March 1st assuming the weather permits.

Fall hours of operation will begin October 1st. During the fall, rentals will be available between 10:00am and 4:00pm with outgoing rental available until 3:00pm. Daily rental operations will be reduced to Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday during the month of October. In November, rentals will still be available on weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) weather permitting. Seasonal vessel restrictions may apply.

Please Note: Clearly Tahoe can not guarantee off-season work (December, January and February) and strongly recommends a second source of income through the winter months. While we may be able to provide part-time work to select employees during this time; shifts will be delegated to the most senior staff members. Alternative work may be available for positions such as shop, reservations and winter experiences.

Our Next Season begins in March for select activities (Rental Tent, Land Experiences and Sand Harbor Tours). Other locations such as Cave Rock and the Clearly Explorer are not expected to open until April and our LED night tours will resume in May.
