The Clearly Explorer Takeover is a community partnership initiative designed to spotlight local nonprofits, conservation groups, wildlife organizations, educational programs, and community-focused initiatives through guest engagement both onboard the Clearly Explorer and at our Tahoe Keys Marina retail location.

The program is intended to connect visitors and locals with organizations making a positive impact in the Lake Tahoe community while creating meaningful educational and interactive experiences. Selected organizations may receive opportunities to:

Share their mission with locals and visitors
Educate guests about their cause and community impact
Engage directly with guests before and after tours
Promote volunteer opportunities, events, and awareness campaigns
Have their organization highlighted by Clearly Tahoe staff during tours
Receive a portion of featured tour revenue as a community donation

Participating organizations may also have the opportunity to provide educational materials, interact with guests onboard or at the store, and collaborate with Clearly Tahoe on community outreach and promotional efforts.

This form helps us learn more about your organization, your mission, and your interest in participating in a future Clearly Explorer Takeover event. Submission of this form does not guarantee selection or scheduling, but allows our team to evaluate potential partnerships and future event opportunities.
